The solitude of an ashamed moor

8x10 Oil on canvas. This is a series of paintings i'm doing for an upcoming show. Some experiments that i enjoy doing, not what i'm used to do.

Lovely, the fact that the figure is faceless and how she carries her limbs transmits the feeling of shame. Goldfish are symbolic of abundance, is this intentional? I would love to see the the rest of the series.

I have been an admirer of your paintings for a while and would love to acquire a piece.
